Privacy Policy

Summary

We don't collect personal data. No account, no sign-in, no device identifiers, no location, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising SDKs.
Your scores and game history stay on your device. They're never uploaded to a server we control and we never see them.

1. What Pogodi is

This Privacy Policy explains how Pogodi (the "App"), a word-guessing party game, handles information. It applies to every version of the App, however you installed it — from Apple's App Store on iOS, or from Google Play on Android.

2. Data we do not collect

On either platform, Pogodi does not collect, transmit, or store on any server:

Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials — the App has no accounts and no sign-in
Advertising or tracking identifiers — Apple's IDFA iOS or Google's Advertising ID Android — or any other cross-app identifier
Your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
Usage analytics, session recordings, or crash reports
Any data through third-party advertising or analytics SDKs — the App does not include any

Nothing about how you play — the categories you pick, the words you see, your scores — ever leaves your device to reach us. We have no server, database, or dashboard where this information could even arrive.

3. Data that stays on your device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only, using your operating system's built-in on-device storage:

Your recent round results (categories played, words guessed correctly or skipped)
Basic app preferences

This data is not synced to any cloud account, not backed up to any server we operate, and not accessible to us in any form. Uninstalling the App deletes this data. It is only ever readable by the App itself, on your device.

4. Motion & orientation data

During gameplay, the App reads your device's built-in motion and orientation sensors — Core Motion iOS or the equivalent Android sensor framework Android — to detect the tilt gesture used to mark a word correct or skip it. This data is processed instantly, on-device, purely to drive that gameplay mechanic — it is never recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere, including to us.

5. Advertising

The App does not currently display advertising and contains no advertising SDKs. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated first, and any ads shown will not use data-collecting or cross-app tracking identifiers without your explicit permission — via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt iOS or your Android advertising ID settings Android.

6. Children's privacy

Pogodi does not collect personal information, and it is not an app directed to children.

7. Your rights

Since Pogodi does not collect or store any personal data on our systems, there is nothing on our end to access, correct, delete, or transfer — the only data associated with your play (Section 3) already lives solely on your own device, under your own control.
